Memorial/In Honor Gifts

Memorial Gift

A memorial gift is a donation made to CPIC in memory of a friend, colleague, relative or loved one. When you make a contribution to CPIC in memory of someone, CPIC will send a note of acknowledgement to the recipient's family. The note of acknowledgement simply states that a gift was given in honor of the departed.

When you make a memorial donation, please provide CPIC with the name of the person you would like to remember as well as the name and mailing address of the person you would like to receive the acknowledgement.

In Honor Gift 

An "In Honor" gift is a donation made to CPIC in the name of a friend, colleague, relative or loved one to honor him or her on a special occasion--such as a birthday, graduation, anniversary, or holiday, or just because. 

When you make a donation in someone's honor, please provide CPIC with the name and mailing address of the person you would like to honor.  CPIC will send an acknowledgement of your gift to that person.
