What is the NICE Research study?

The NICE study is a research study to test new ideas about the causes (etiology) of breast cancer, that is, why some women get this disease and others do not.  This study is funded by the U.S. Department of Defense Breast Cancer Research Program, for which the proceeds come from sale of the breast cancer research postage stamps.
